Ball Screw

HSK rolled ball screw is made by a rolled process of the screw shafts instead of an expensive grinding process. When axial play is minimized in conventional screw-nut assemblies, the actuating torque becomes excessive and the operation is not smooth. The axial play in HSK precision ball screw may be reduced to zero by preloading and a light smooth operation is still possible. Therefore, both low torque, and high stiffness can be obtained simultaneously for the linear feeding system comparing with traditional screws. HSK ball screw have gothic arch groove profiles which allow these conditions to be achieved. At the same time, each kind of type has all be standardized, may carry on the best choice according to the use.

HSK ball screws together with screw shafts and nuts undergo precision screw processing, assembly and inspection in a constantly controlled environment, ensuring high precision and quality. The accumulated lead error for Grade C7 and C10 already has been standardized, can be used to the widespread use. HSK manufactures the lead accuracy grade C7 that matches the quality of the C5 according to the customer request. The lead error of each 300mm length. They are 0.018 for C5, 0.05 for C7 and 0.021 for C10.
